The factory, not the middleman.

XINYI SMART SERVICE is a Malaysian manufacturer and direct exporter of agricultural and industrial commodities. We refine, mill, grade and pack on our own lines — factory-direct pricing, no trading layer, full traceability to the lot.

Private label & OEM

Your brand, our production line.

Bottling, pouching, tinning and bagging under your own artwork, with destination labelling compliance handled in-house and your design held on file so repeat orders run without a new approval cycle.

38 destination markets

Documents that clear, first time.

Because we are the producing factory, the mill certificate, health certificate and certificate of origin all originate with us. Form M and PAAR, SONCAP, SABER, GOEIC, EU aflatoxin limits and JAKIM halal — written into the contract before the vessel is fixed.

02  /  Why buyers stay

Manufacturer pricing,
with nobody in the middle.

A trading company sells you what already exists, at somebody else's price plus a margin. We set the machine, we run the lot, we load the container and we sign the contract you enforce.

01
You are buying from the factory, not from a broker

The price you are quoted is a manufacturer's price, built from raw material, yield, processing cost, packing and freight — not a trader's margin stacked on someone else's price. There is no intermediate party taking a cut, adding a week and diluting accountability. When you need the specification changed, you are talking to the people who set the machine, and when something goes wrong you are claiming against the company that made the goods.

02
Group capacity instead of spot-market scrambling

Our own plants plus our sister factories and contracted partner mills give us committed production across all six divisions. We are not calling round the market when your enquiry lands, which is why our lead times hold in a tight season and why we can quote forward on a twelve-month programme rather than shipment by shipment.

03
One contract covers production, inspection and shipping

Manufacturing, quality control, freight, documentation and insurance sit inside a single contract with a single company. Most import problems are not quality problems — they are coordination problems between a factory, a trader, a forwarder and a shipper who each blame the other three. There is nobody here to blame but us, and that concentrates the mind considerably.

03  /  How it works

From enquiry to arrival, in six moves.

Every step is documented and scheduled, and your order occupies a real production slot rather than a place in a queue behind somebody else's cargo.

01

You send an enquiry

Tell us the commodity, the specification, the quantity, the destination port and the Incoterm.

02

We quote from the factory

A named trader prices the order against raw material, yield, processing, packing and a live freight…

03

Sample and approval

We courier a production sample against the agreed specification, with the laboratory certificate for…

04

Contract and production slot

We issue the sales contract naming grade, tolerance, surveyor, packing, shipment window and payment…

05

Manufacturing, quality control and loading

The order runs on the line. Our laboratory tests the lot, then your nominated independent surveyor…

06

Documents and arrival

The full documentary set is couriered and released on schedule: bills of lading, invoice, packing list…

05  /  Markets

Thirty-eight destinations, and the paperwork each one demands.

A cargo that is perfect in the hold is worthless if the documents fail at destination. Because we are the producing factory, the mill certificate, the health certificate and the certificate of origin all originate with us — not collected from a third party after the fact. The documentary requirement goes into the contract before the vessel is fixed.

Nigerian Form M and PAAR, SONCAP, Saudi SABER, Egyptian GOEIC, JAKIM halal, EU aflatoxin and MRL limits, ISPM-15 — we have manufactured and shipped against all of them, repeatedly.

06  /  Why XINYI

Direct from the manufacturer, at export volume.

Own factories, sister plants under common management and long-contracted partner mills at origin. That combination is what lets one supplier carry 58 lines without becoming a broker.

There is nobody here to blame but us, and that concentrates the mind considerably.

P / 04

Specification-to-order, not take-it-or-leave-it

A trader sells you what exists. A manufacturer can run the line to your number. Tighter moisture, a different kernel count, a specific sieve fraction, a cloud point between the standard grades, your own packing format and artwork — all of it is a production decision rather than a search problem. Where we cannot hold a tolerance we say so plainly instead of shipping and hoping.

P / 05

Traceability to the producing factory and the lot

Every consignment carries a lot number that maps back to a production date, a raw material intake and a laboratory record we retain for the full claim period. For buyers under EU, GCC or retailer audit requirements, that record is the difference between passing a supplier audit and losing a listing.

P / 06

Prices that hold because production is planned

Because we schedule raw material intake and production capacity in advance, we can hold a firm price for a stated validity window and honour a forward contract when the market moves against us. Buyers who plan a season with us are not repricing every container.

07  /  Capabilities

Manufacturing, packing, compliance and shipping.

Six capabilities under one contract, from the production line through to the documentary set released to your bank or clearing agent.

Own-factory manufacturing and processing

XINYI SMART SERVICE is a manufacturer first. Our own refining, milling, grading and packing lines in Malaysia turn…

Affiliated factories and partner mills

No single factory covers fifty-eight commodities, and any company claiming otherwise is reselling.

Private label, OEM and contract packing

A large share of our output leaves under our customers' brands rather than our own.

In-house laboratory and third-party inspection

Every production lot is tested on our own laboratory before it is offered for loading, and tested again by an…

Export documentation and compliance

A documentary error costs more than freight, and it is the single most common reason a shipment sits at destination.

Freight, consolidation and warehousing

We hold contracted space with mainline carriers out of Port Klang, Penang, Pasir Gudang and Tanjung Pelepas, and we…

09  /  Questions

Before you contract.

01What are your payment terms?
Telegraphic transfer against an agreed advance and balance is our standard term, and cash against documents is available to established counterparties. Terms are agreed before the contract is issued, never after.
02What Incoterms do you quote?
CIF and DDP are our standard terms under Incoterms 2020 — landed pricing with freight and insurance already inside it, and under DDP duty and delivery to your door as well. FOB, CFR, FCA and DAP are quoted on request. CIF quotations include marine insurance at 110 per cent of invoice value. Tell us the Incoterm you work on and we will quote on it.
03How quickly will I get a quotation?
A human acknowledgement the same working day, and a firm offer within 48 hours for products we hold positions in. Sourcing enquiries for commodities outside our standing range take three to five working days.
04What is your minimum order?
Generally one full container — 20 to 28 MT depending on the commodity. Bulk parcels start at around 500 MT for metals and 12,500 MT for grain. Consolidated LCL is possible for high-value spices and cashew.
05Can you send samples before we contract?
Yes, for food, spice and nut products. Samples are couriered against your account with a courier or against a nominal charge that is credited to the first order.
06Do you accept third-party pre-shipment inspection?
Yes — we prefer it. Nominate SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, Cotecna or Alex Stewart, or send your own representative. Inspection is built into our contracts by default.
Next step

Tell us what you need to buy.

Send the commodity, specification, quantity, destination port and Incoterm. A firm offer comes back within 48 hours.
